It's a nice watch but it arrived with a bad rotor that was grinding when it spun or moved and it rattled. Brought it to a local watch shop they said it was either a bad or loose rotor and it was going to damage the movement if it wasn't corrected and it wasn't able to be worn until fixed. It was going to cost me$30 to service it. I paid for a brand new watch and didn't feel like I should have to pay for the service to fix it. I sent video to the supplier and asked for only the$30 partial refund to get it fixed. They said they would give me$10 which is ridiculous and then said I could pay to ship it back and refused the$30 refund. Had to have Alibaba step in to get the $30 it shouldn't be the buyers responsibility to pay to fix something they purchased new!! Hate to leave a negative review but it's the truth unfortunately.
